Richard E. Bremer has transitioned to senior vice president, Portfolio Management for New Plan's growing joint venture group. An employee of New Plan since 2001, he was appointed to the position of senior vice president, Northeast Region in January 2003 and served as director of Asset Management previously. Prior to joining New Plan, he was an independent real estate consultant.

Gregory Levine has been promoted to senior vice president, director of Redevelopment for New Plan's growing redevelopment business. He has been with the Company since 2001, most recently as vice president, director of Redevelopment. From 1994 until 2001, he served as vice president of Leasing at Mall Properties.

Erin Gleavy has been promoted to vice president, National Accounts, a new position for the Company. She will be charged with maximizing leasing opportunities by building tenant contacts and relationships nationwide and working with regional leasing teams.
