New PP for Electronics Stands Up to PBT and Nylon.

A 30% glass-filled polypropylene polypropylene (pŏl'ēprō`pəlēn), plastic noted for its light weight, being less dense than water; it is a polymer of propylene. It resists moisture, oils, and solvents.  homopolymer aimed at electrical/electronic parts has been introduced by Lati USA, Mount Pleasant, S.C. Latene As indicated in the accompanying table, AG3 H2W reportedly can compete with more costly nylon nylon, synthetic thermoplastic material characterized by strength, elasticity, resistance to abrasion and chemicals, low moisture absorbency, and capacity to be permanently set by heat.
