LLC - Logical Link Control , a New Orleans-based real estate development company that has acquired and successfully redeveloped 13 Florida retail properties during the past three years, announced today that it has purchased CocoWalk, the Coconut Grove lifestyle center that is considered one of the most successful projects in the retail industry. PMAT CocoWalk, LLC, paid $87 million for the 200,000 sq. ft. outdoor shopping mall. The seller was Thor Gallery at CocoWalk, LLC.
