The Norand 6632 comes complete with a large 8.4 inch Active Matrix color VGA (Video Graphics Array) The display standard for the PC. All PC display adapters support VGA, and Windows machines boot up in "VGA mode" before switching to higher resolutions.  display, capable of displaying up to 65,536 colors to present information in a clear, easy-to-read format. This light-weight device, weighing only 3.1 pounds with batteries, features a powerful 120 MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. With standard IrDA(R) infrared data transmission capabilities, the Norand 6632 can wirelessly communicate with printers and other IrDA compatible devices. With support for two type-II or one type-III PC cards, this mobile computer can easily accommodate additional data storage, modem/fax and other PC card technologies. Additionally, serial and parallel interfaces, keyboard connection and external speaker connection allows for maximum configurability and easy system expansion.

The Norand 6632 is further enhanced with a durable integrated display cover, which protects the screen from moisture and scratching. The integrated desktop stand, Sound Blaster PRO(R) compatible sound, and built-in keypad make the Norand 6632 a valuable asset for almost any application. The integrated programmable keypad allows the user to customize the keypad to meet specific application needs.
