New Millennium Development Group (NMDG) announced today the appointment of Robert Mesloh to the Board of Directors of NMDG. Mr. Mesloh has an extensive 34-year background in international business, sales management, customer sales/service, marketing, sales training, project management and technical consulting in the telecommunications and consumer industries. His most recent position was Marketing/Sales North &South Americas Regional Director for Tyco Submarine Systems Ltd (TSSL).

Mr. Mesloh managed Marketing and Sales activities within the North &South America regions for fiber optic marine cable systems. He was also the Executive representative of TSSL on Steering Committee to the Kyoto 2001 SubOptic Submarine Industry Conference, which is held every four years. Mr. Mesloh served as Managing Director of Global Capacity Sales for TSSL. He managed sales teams in the U.S., Europe and Asia for sales of bandwidth capacity in undersea marine fiber cable systems and was also a guest speaker at the SubOptic Submarine Networks conference shows. He developed the strategy to sell marine cable consulting services to domestic and international telecommunications providers.

Mr. Mesloh was an Executive member of the TSSL leadership team, and has served as Director of Global Cable Planning &Marketing for TSSL. He managed an organization responsible for worldwide cable planning projects, developed the corporate marketing strategy, all contact agreements support, and the customer satisfaction program.

Mr. Mesloh was the Director of International Cable Management for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Americas for AT& international cable systems. He supported the AT& product strategies for cable planning, restoration and retirement of undersea cable systems. He was responsible for International Telephone Authority (T.A.'s) and an investor led private system Construction and Maintenance Agreements (C&A's).

Mr. Mesloh Chaired the negotiating of the Bahamas II and Antillas I contracts. He managed activities with the F.C.C., AT& Business Units, AT& Legal Departments and multiple P.T.T.'s. He was also chairperson on international General Committee meetings and consolidated two region director organizations into one department.

Mr. Mesloh holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army Signal Corps.

NMDG APPOINTS NEW TEAM PARTICIPANT

NMDG appoints the Van Der Stoel group of companies (VDS/Boskalis) to be NMDG's suppliers. VDS/Boskalis is a registered company, whose head office is situated in Haren, in the northern part of the Netherlands. VDS operates as a contractor in civil engineering and construction, direct drilling, engineering works, dredging and submarine cable installation. Having worked for many years on a variety of marine civil engineering and cable installation contracts, a specialized company within the group was formed in 1998 (VDS Cable) to concentrate the multi-disciplined contracting experience and equipment in the area of submarine cable installations. NMDG PLANS PUBLIC OFFERING

NMDG's legal team announced today that it is completing a registration Statement, which will be filed with the Securities &Exchange Commission. The proceeds of NMDG's public offering will be used to build, operate and maintain its global fiber optic submarine and terrestrial cable system.

NMDG's three regional networks in Europe, Asia and South America will provide the most advanced networks available today. NMDG will team with transoceanic partners to provide end-to-end solutions on a global basis. Daniel Imperato, Chairman of NMDG said that the appointment of Mr. Mesloh is of key importance to NMDG because of his long history and excellent track record in the industry.
