Launched with a June issue, "Litigation Report: Benzene" will be published monthly for plaintiff and defense attorneys involved in benzene litigation. It is designed to keep readers current with the latest news in the developing field with case news, related legal decisions, legislative actions and commentary. Editorial covers such cases as: an award verdict against an oil company for contaminating residential communities with run-off benzene; class actions complaints alleging product liability personal injury causes of action for sort drinks containing benzene; an argument that Alabama's "last exposure" accrual rule denies due process rights to pursue a latent disease claim from a litigant litigant n. any party to a lawsuit.
