New Mealey Litigation Reports on Personal Injury & Hormone Therapy.

Mealey Publications (King of Prussia, PA), a unit of LexisNexis (Dayton, OH), has begun the publication of two new litigation reports, including Mealey's Personal Injury Report and Mealey's Litigation Report: Hormone Replacement Therapy. Both titles will be published twice every month.

Personal Injury Report features coverage of cases involving a range of personal injuries, including automobile accidents, premises liability for slip and fall accidents and falling objects, medical malpractice, workplace injuries and product liability. Content includes case news, filings, opinions and pleadings, and verdict and settlement reports involving a range of personal injury cases. An annual subscription costs $699.

Litigation Report: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is designed to help attorneys stay current with litigation developments involving the range of HRT drugs, including Prempro, Premarin, Premelle, Progestin and related drugs. Mealey said the decision to launch the report was based on the recent filing of "hundreds" of lawsuits against a Prempro MDL and related drugs where studies have found increased risk of a range of serious or fatal side effects.
