New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NJ-NAIOP) elected Allen J. Magrini, vice president and assistant general counsel of Hartz Mountain Industries Hartz Mountain Industries (HMI) is a private family owned and operated company known for its vast real estate holdings in the New York/New Jersey Metropolitan Area. Its former parent Hartz Mountain Corporation (of pet products fame), was founded by German-American businessman Max , Inc., as NJ-NAIOP president for 2007.

The following officers were also elected: vice president Public Affairs, Jeffrey J. Milanaik of Heller Industrial Parks, Inc.; vice president special events, George D. Sowa of Brandywine Realty Trust Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) is a real estate development trust (REIT) in the United States that buys, sells, leases and manages approximately 225 commercial properties, no more than 25 industrial parcels of land, mixed-use property, and over 200 acres of undeveloped ; vice president education, Eugene A. Preston of Higgins Development Partners; vice president membership & communications, Elliot M, Kosoffsky of Frank A. Greek & Son, Inc.; vice president associate affairs, Gretchen S. Wilcox of G. S. Wilcox & Co.; treasurer/secretary, James G. Petrucci of J. G. Petrucci Co., Inc.
