New Jersey Chapter meets in Morristown.


On Friday, May 12th, 2006, the New Jersey Chapter brightened the spring season with the Chapter s Full Day Spring Seminar at the Hyatt Morristown. The meeting, the Chapter's final full day seminar of the season, featured an array of excellent national and local speakers on a variety of important topics. Ernst & Young LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  co-presented the seminar. Mitchell Solomowitz, Chapter President, had been expecting a large turnout, and he was not disappointed. More than 125 tax executives attended.

During the meeting, the Chapter held concurrent sessions for federal, international, and state & local topics. Attendees chose from various sessions in an open-registration format. Ernst & Young LLP provided a dynamic group of speakers, including P. Michael Baldasaro Michael A. J. Baldasaro and Walter Tucker are eccentric fixtures in the Hamilton, Ontario, area. During the luncheon, Mitchell Solomowitz received his Past President's pin and addressed the membership. He then presented 2006-2007 Chapter President Glen Strobel with the President's Gavel gavel
