The New Jersey Business ranking is the latest in a series of acknowledgements earned by Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey. This is the second consecutive year that New Jersey Business ranked the firm number 1. In addition, in mid- mid-

2001, the company was named the top commercial real estate brokerage firm in the state by another trade publication, Business News New Jersey, based on 2000 leasing and sales transactions.

And in December 2002, the company was acknowledged by Commercial Property News for the top sale and top leasing deals in New Jersey that year. During the past 24 months, a number of additional team and individual awards have been presented to the organization by such notable groups as the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the Morris Area Development Group.

Within the context of the larger Cushman & Wakefield organization, the New Jersey offices stand out as well. In 2002, 10 of the company's Top 100 performers in the country, based on transactions completed in 2001, were from Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey.
