New Jersey's Super lawyers.


Four principals from the Hackensack, NJ law firm of Winne, Banta, Hetherington, Basralian & Kahn, P.C., were named New Jersey Super Lawyers through a statewide polling process of some 35,000 lawyers.

Those chosen as Super Lawyers represent 5% of the total NJ lawyer community and the list of lawyers selected appears in the May 2005 edition of New Jersey Monthly.

The principals selected and their areas of practice are: Richard R. Kahn, Real Estate: Mr. Kahn also practices in the area of commercial leasing. He has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America since 2003 and in Chambers in chambers adj. referring to discussions or hearings held in the judge's office, called his chambers. It is also called "in camera." (See: in camera)  USA, he is listed as one of America's Leading Lawyers for Business, since 2004.

Robert A. Hetherington, III, Estate Planning Estate Planning
