The exchange will offer interactive diamond trading, diamond buy requests, listings of diamonds for sale, diamond market news and Rapaport diamond price information. Trading on the Exchange will be limited to members of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses World Federation of Diamond Bourses, founded in 1947, was created to unite and to provide bourses trading in rough and polished diamonds and precious stones, with a common set of trading practices. It is composed of 26 member diamond bourses. Rapaport announced the establishment of the Internet Jewelry Trade Directory which provides free listings to members of the jewelry trade and allows consumers to locate jewelers in their local area.
