The International Boston Seafood Show (IBSS), now entering its 22nd year as the premier global forum for the seafood industry, continues to draw top-notch exhibitors and new products for the 2004 event. The show, which returns to the Hynes Convention Center March 14-16, will feature an already sold-out expo floor and a plethora of inventive seafood products, announces show producer Diversified Business Communications.

Morey's Seafood International

Morey's Seafood International will be exhibiting three new retail packaged seafood products to meet the demand of today's seafood lovers on the go. Morey's Atlantic Smoked Salmon Portions, a 4oz vacuum packaged smoked Atlantic salmon portion, is available in Classic and Peppered flavor varieties. Morey's Marinated Salmon is a pre-marinated, retail packaged product. It is available in six flavors: Hickory, Teriyaki, 12 Pepper Medley, Lemon Dill, Seasoned Grill and Garlic Cracked Pepper. Lastly, Morey's Marinated Tilapia is a pre-marinated product that is available in three chef developed flavors: Asian Sesame Ginger, Lemon Pepper and Chili Lime.

Phillps Foods Inc.

Phillips Foods has created an upscale version of a traditional American favorite with their Phillips Salmon Cakes. Handmade, these cakes blend large chunks of salmon fillet with capers, dill, onions, celery, breadcrumbs, and a hint of lime.

Clear Spring Foods

Clear Spring Foods' new boneless Maplewood Smoked Idaho Rainbow Trout Fillets will be sure to shorten your time in the kitchen while still capturing that fresh flavor. The Maplewood Smoked Rainbow Trout Fillets come in three flavors: Plain Maplewood Smoked Fillets, Maplewood Smoked with Cracked Black Pepper, Maplewood Smoked with Cracked Pepper, Lemon & Roasted Garlic.
