The goal of TSX Venture Exchange is to provide venture companies with effective access to capital while protecting investors. to consolidate its common shares on a ten for one basis and to change its name to Balloch Resources Ltd. At New Inca's latest shareholder meeting held March 17, 2004, the Company's shareholders passed special resolutions authorizing the directors, among other things, to consolidate the common shares of the Company on a basis of one new common share for up to twenty issued common shares and to change the name of the Company. New Inca applied to the TSX Venture Exchange to consolidate its common shares on the basis of ten issued common shares for one post-consolidation common share. The TSX Venture Exchange has approved the application, as well as the Company's name change to Balloch Resources Ltd.
