Its name is popularly applied to the entire Netherlands. Holland has been divided since 1840 into two provinces, North Holland and South Holland. The county was created in the early 10th cent. announces it fully approves use of up to B20 blends (20 percent biodiesel/80 percent petroleum-based diesel) on all equipment currently produced with New Holland engines.
