New Harlem presence for Charles H. Greenthal & Co.


Charles H. Greenthal & Co., announced the opening of its new Harlem commercial division recently.

The new commercial office will concentrate on the area east of Fifth Ave. called East Harlem. Spearheading this new venture will be Peter Moody mood·y

Greenthal & Co. was the first of the major real estate companies to establish a presence in the long-neglected Harlem community with the opening of its residential sales office in August 1999.
