HeadHunter.NET(R) (http://www.HeadHunter.NET) today launched its Private Reserve Resume Bank that gives passive job seekers more control over the distribution of their resumes and gives employers and recruiters the opportunity for earlier access to the job-seeking public. Members of HeadHunter.NET's "Reach Hire" Corporate Program now will be able to access this private resume bank, in addition to receiving benefits such as premium search page positions, cross-postings to other sites, and links between a company's Web site and its virtual job bank on HeadHunter.NET.

HeadHunter.NET currently receives between 500 and several thousand new resumes each day. Historically, all resumes received by HeadHunter.NET were immediately made available to the public via a free resume search on the web site. Now resumes posted to HeadHunter.NET will remain in Private Reserve for seven days before being published publicly, and job seekers will have the option to keep their resumes in the Private Reserve Resume Bank permanently.

In announcing the new feature, Warren Bare, HeadHunter.NET president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
