New Dow Jones products for online retail segment & derivatives markets.

Dow Jones Newsletters (New York) has launched Online Retail Report, a weekly e-newsletter covering the online retail industry for senior business, sales, marketing and operational executives seeking to manage their online retail strategy. Site licenses are available.

The new publication covers news on industry trends, organizational strategies, and operational best practices and value-chain management, as well as customer-retention methods and the latest regulatory requirements for online retailing. The letter also tracks relevant statistics and data from a variety of sources including ACNielsen and comSource. The letter is delivered via e-mail every Friday at 8 a.m. EST.

DJ Newsletters director Ken Andersen said the letter "serves a significant, unmet need in the market with its strategic, retail-focused coverage aimed at providing actionable information on boosting online sales, and expanding merchants' market share."

Also, Dow Jones Newswires has launched Dow Jones MarketBeat, a commentary and analysis service focused on the derivatives market and aimed at hedge funds and trading desks in Europe. The service examines asset classes at investment and trading opportunities through the use of derivatives and other advanced financial instruments on a daily and intraday basis. It includes information on major market players, events and the use of derivatives to maximize investment potential. The service also includes technical analysis and strategic timing. The service is produced in London.
