New Dow Jones newsletters on buyout market & equities.

Dow Jones has begun the publication of two electronic newsletters including i-Recap Report for the equities markets and LBO Wire. Both new titles will be published every business day.

LBO Wire, a product of Dow Jones Information Services, is a daily e-mail newsletter covering the buyout market for executives at private equity firms, and their investors, bankers, lawyers and other professionals in the industry. The letter is designed to provide coverage of every U.S. buyout deal, including "the middle-market and small deals not covered elsewhere," Dow Jones said. It includes details on how companies are being priced, valued and financed, with news on exit opportunities for portfolio companies. It also includes information on which institutional investors have allocated fresh money for buyout funds and which money managers have just closed on buyout funds of funds.

The letter also includes personnel changes, information on lender and portfolio companies, statistics and rankings. The letter is delivered at 8:30 a.m. EST every business day and an annual subscription costs $1095.

Also, Dow Jones Newswires has partnered with ICAP plc (London), the world's largest voice and electronic interdealer broker, to launch i-Recap Report, a daily custom e-mail newsletter written for ICAP's customers and brokers. The new title offers proprietary data from ICAP and news and features from Dow Jones Newswires to give subscribers an "end-of-day snapshot and outlook on tomorrow's market open," Dow Jones said.
