New CoreNet Global officers take up their posts.

The new chairman, president and vice president of the New York City Chapter of CoreNet Global, the premier association for corporate real estate and related professionals worldwide, have assumed their positions.

Suzanne Heidelberger, director of real estate, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP; Frank Cuevas, senior vice president, Citigroup Realty Services; and Gina Rizzo, vice president of business development for Herman Miller in New York City, have assumed the respective positions of 2006-07 chairman, president and vice president of the New York Cit.

Other recently elected 2006-07 Chapter officers are treasurer Frank Morano, director of corporate real estate, NBC Universal, Inc., and secretary Joel Binstok, Esq., president, York Consulting Associates.

At Skadden, Suzanne Heidelberger is responsible for strategic planning, construction project management and lease negotiation for an international portfolio of over two million square feet in over 20 locations.

Prior to joining Skadden, Suzanne was a vice president at JP Morgan in the Corporate Real Estate Finance, Strategy & Transactions Group.

She has served on the CoreNet Global NYC Chapter board of directors as 2005-06 president, chair of the Education Committee and a member of the Chapter Learning Advisory Committee.

At Citigroup Realty Services, Frank Cuevas is responsible for oversight of strategic planning and relationship management for the Citigroup Corporate and Investment Banking groups globally.

Prior to joining Citigroup, Frank was director of strategic planning and facility planning at American International Group (AIG), the multinational insurance and financial services firm, where he held numerous successive positions over ten years.

Gina Rizzo is responsible for Herman Miller's marketing and new business efforts in the New York region. She brings visibility to Herman Miller in the real estate community as an active participant in and contributor to CoreNet Global and other professional associations.

Her involvement with IDRC, which merged with NACORE to become CoreNet Global, began in 1996. Gina served as vice chair of the New York Chapter for IDRC and as national liaison for the New York City Chapter of CoreNet Global.
