Commissioner Nymark was accompanied by Assistant Commissioner Bill McCloskey Bill McCloskey (May, 1854 - July 9, 1924) played one year of professional baseball in 1884 for the Wilmington Quicksteps. He played both as a catcher and as an outfielder. IN his 9 games of play, McCloskey had 30 at bats, acquiring a hit 4 of them, for a .100 batting average. and Brigit Matthiesen of the Canadian Embassy's Economic and Trade Policy Section. TEI was represented at the meeting by Timothy McCormally, Fred Murray, Mary Lou Fahey, Greg Matson, and Jeff Rasmussen. He has also served with the Cabinet for Federal-Provincial Relations, the Macdonald Commission, Industry Canada, Health Canada, and the Trade Negotiation Office. In his meeting with TEI's Executive Director and legal staff, the Commissioner identified his customs responsibilities as one of the most challenging aspects of his new position. He stated that he looked forward to continuing CCRA's good relations with TEI, especially in respect of its annual December liaison meetings. |
