New CTU president.


The Council of Trade Unions will have its first woman president, following Helen Kelly's formal election for a four-year term at the CTU's biennial conference in October. Kelly is currently vice-president and general secretary of the Association of University Staff. Incumbent Carol Beaumont will continue as secretary and Sharon Clair as vice president Maori. New vice president will be Public Service Association national secretary Richard Wagstaff.
