New COO at Redbrick.

Zweig was appointed President, COO and Managing Member of Redbrick Services, LLC, the firm's operations and management entity. He also was named Executive Vice President of Redbrick Partners, LLC.

Zweig most recently served as Divisional vice president and senior vice president of AIMCO AIMCO Apartment Investment Management Company (Columbus, OH) , the largest owner and operator of residential housing in the U.S. His division encompassed over 2,000 employees and 26,000 rental units across 11 states.

Prior to joining AIMCO, he held executive management positions at Lawrence Properties, Rockrose Development, and ARCO Management Corp.
