RALEIGH -- New Brunswick, N.J.-based Johnson & Johnson agreed
to buy Closure Medical for about $370 million. Closure makes liquid
bandages and other adhesives. The companies already were marketing
partners. Closure will keep its name, and no layoffs are expected.
