New 'Distinctive Properties' prototype wins award.

 Procida, and the prototype for its Distinctive Properties line of real estate developments, has been selected winner of the 2006 Building Brooklyn Award in the Residential Multi-Family category.

The Building Brooklyn Awards are presented by the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce to recognize recently completed construction projects that have a positive impact on the Brooklyn economy and quality of life.

Located in the historic, landmarked Brooklyn Heights neighborhood at 322 Hicks Street, Studio 322 is the result of a collaborative effort of two award-winning New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of

: Larsen Shein Ginsberg Snyder, LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol  and Smith-Miller + Hawkinson. Combining luxurious modern living and cutting edge design with a classic neighborhood, the five story residence features four full-floor and two duplex apartments with private outdoor terraces, gardens and gas-burning fireplaces.

The Building Brooklyn Award recognizes this contextually-sensitive modern insertion and its adept interpretation of the celebrated neighborhood's brownstones and warehouses.

Studio 322 is the prototype for Distinctive Properties, a high-design, luxury line of developments under the SDS Procida joint venture, a partnership between Mario Procida, president of Procida Realty & Construction and Louis V Louis V, king of France

The annual Building Brooklyn Awards presentation will be held on July 18, 2006 at the Brooklyn Museum The Brooklyn Museum, located at 200 Eastern Parkway, in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, is the second largest art museum in New York City, and one of the largest in the United States. Bloomberg, Doctoroff has overseen one of the city’s most dramatic economic resurgences, spearheading the effort , Deputy Mayor for Economic Development and Rebuilding of the City of New York.
