Neutrik Deploys CiBan Central Managed Services (CiBanCMS) to Ensure 100% Uptime.

The actual equipment may be inhouse or at the third-party's facilities, but the "managed" implies an ongoing effort; for example, making sure the equipment is running at a certain quality  (CiBanCMS) to ensure 100% uptime on their network. With this service, Neutrik can assure its customers that network downtime or network failure will never be an issue.

Neutrik will leverage CiBanCMS to manage all of its computing and IT needs. CiBan will have the capability to monitor Neutrik's network 24x7, eliminating any downtime or similar interruptions. CiBanCMS automatically examines the status of all devices and applications on Neutrik's network - making sure that everything is functioning normally. If there is a problem, CiBan has the capability to fix it, or provide an immediate notification to the IT staff. In addition, CiBanCMS will save Neutrik time and money, as the system eliminates the need to hire a physical employee to monitor the company's network.
