Neuron Data Names Jack Bradley Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; Seasoned Executive to Drive Fast Growing Company's Aggressive Growth Strategy.

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 21, 1996--Neuron Data, Inc., a world leader in open tools for enterprise class applications, today announced it has named Jack Bradley vice president, finance and administration and chief financial officer.

Bradley, 47, brings essential experience from two successful Initial Public Offerings (IPOs) to a new management team preparing an aggressive growth strategy for Neuron Data.

Bradley joins Neuron Data with more than 20 years of high-tech experience serving in senior executive positions in corporate finance and management. Most recently, he was chief financial officer and secretary at Network Computing Devices (NCD), Inc. where he successfully defined financial strategy for the company and was integral in NCD's public offering which raised $24 million.

Prior to that, Bradley was vice president and general manager of the international division at 3Com Corporation, where he was responsible for the operating results of 3Com's international business. Under Bradley's management, the company doubled revenues in one year.

Bradley joined 3Com from Bridge Communications when the company was acquired by 3Com in 1987 and played a key role in managing the acquisition transition. During his five years as CFO at Bridge, Bradley completed two rounds of financing and drove the company's public offering.
