Neurologix to Present Results at the ''19th Annual Symposia on the Etiology, Pathogenesis and Treatment of Parkinson's Disease and Other Movement Disorders''.

FORT LEE, N.J. -- Neurologix, Inc. (OTCBB:NRGX), which is engaged in the research and development of proprietary treatments for disorders of the brain and central nervous system, today announced that it will present interim results of its landmark gene therapy clinical trial for Parkinson's disease at the 19th Annual Symposia on the Etiology, Pathogenesis and Treatment of Parkinson's Disease and Other Movement Disorders. The symposium will be held on September 25th at the Marriott Hotel and Marina in San Diego, California.

Dr. Andrew Feigin of the North Shore Hospital Long Island Jewish Movement Disorder Clinic will make the presentation. Dr. Feigin, along with his colleague Dr. David Eidelberg, is responsible for monitoring, evaluating and conducting neurological reviews of the trial participants before and for one year after the gene transfer procedure.

The annual symposium, which precedes the annual meeting of the American Neurological Association, consists of peer-reviewed presentations designed to communicate recent research advances in the fields of Parkinson's disease and other movement disorders to professionals in neurology and related disciplines. This year's conference is sponsored by the Parkinson Study Group, the Huntington Study Group, the Cooperative Ataxia Group, the Dystonia Study Group, the Myoclonus Study Group, the Tourette's Syndrome Study Group, the Tremor Research Group and the Movement Disorders Society (MDS).
