(Nasdaq:RBAK), a leading provider of next-generation broadband networking systems, today announced that Neuf Cegetel, the leading alternative operator in France, has selected Redback Networks SmartEdge(R) 100 to support a new network expansion project for business broadband services.

Neuf Cegetel is one of the most innovative DSL service providers in France and is rapidly expanding business and consumer services across the country. Neuf Cegetel is working on multiple projects to deliver nationwide access and next-generation services that are expected to benefit local business customers leveraging the SmartEdge platform.
