Network of Indian Professionals Secures Major Sponsors and Speakers for 2005 Conference; The Home Depot, Sun Microsystems and Delta Air Lines Lead Roster of Corporate Sponsors; CNN's Dr. Sanjay Gupta to Deliver Keynote Address.


ATLANTA -- The Network of Indian Professionals Wikipedia is not the place for advertisement or self-advertising.

The Network of Indian Professionals of North America (NetIP) is a professional, non-profit organization dedicated to the overall achievement and advancement of South Asian professionals.

, Sun Microsystems and Delta Air Lines are among the major sponsors that will lend financial support to the event, which will bring more than one thousand leading Indian American professionals seeking to network and discuss trends related to Indians in the U.S.

The focus of the event is on expanding the presence and role of young Indian professionals in the U.S. Topics to be discussed include: India's Role in Globalization globalization

Process by which the experience of everyday life, marked by the diffusion of commodities and ideas, is becoming standardized around the world. Factors that have contributed to globalization include increasingly sophisticated communications and transportation
, emergence of Indians in American media and entertainment, the role of Indians in U.S. Politics, the AIDS epidemic in India, as well as various other matters of interest.
