Previously, Kyle served five years at Sprint Corporation where he ran the Priority Service Center, and was at the Xerox Corporation for 10 years where he held several positions in business operations.

Tom van Gorder, vice president, Sales and Business Development, is responsible for the revenue growth of the NSI channel partner program and the addition of new partners to the program. van Gorder will also focus on selling NSI value-added products and services such as NSI's ImageCafe, dot com directory(TM), and idNames(TM) services. He joins Network Solutions with over 17 years of experience in the sales and business development area, having worked with companies such as West Group (A division of The Thomson Corporation), Disclosure, Inc. (A division of Primark Corporation) and LEXIS-NEXIS. Most recently, he was executive vice president and general manager of start-up NCI See Liberate.  Information Systems.

Shelton Shugar joined the NSI Registrar in December 1999 to oversee engineering, primarily software development for new products. Among Shugar's major goals for 2000 is to build the next generation software systems to support future products. Shugar brings 17 years of experience, most recently from Mitchell International (A division of The Thomson Corporation) where he served as chief information officer. Previously, he was chief technology office for Gale Research. Prior positions included director of development for America Online.

As vice president, Registry Business Operations, Adam Zimmerman is responsible for leading the operating activities of the new Registry business. He joined Network Solutions in February 1999 as director of business operations of the Internet Technology Services business. Prior to joining Network Solutions, Mr. Zimmerman was at the General Electric Company where he led the development of several new Internet-based service offerings. Ari Balogh was promoted to vice president, Registry Engineering. Ari joined the company in 1998 and has served as director of systems architecture, director of quality assurance and director of infrastructure.

Dave Graves was promoted to vice president, Corporate Administration, from his previous position as head of the Business Affairs Office, where since 1993 he has been instrumental in setting many of the domain name registration policies that guided the company through the tremendous growth of the Internet. In his new role, Mr. Graves is responsible for oversight of corporate and policy contract compliance, including the agreements between Network Solutions and the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers See ICANN.

Mr. Kosters most recently served as chief engineer for registration services, responsible for a large part of the applications that define registration operations. Previously, he served as senior engineer for the Department of Defense Network Information Center, where he developed the Whois server that is still used today.
