Network Computing Devices, Inc. Announces Distribution Agreement With Algol; Agreement Expands NCD's Pan-European Distribution.

Network Computing Devices, Inc. (NCD) (OTC: NCDI.OB), a leading provider of thin client information access and management products, today announced a distribution agreement with Algol, a major pan-European distributor based in Italy, with presence in Germany, France and Benelux.

Under the terms of the agreement, Algol will provide marketing and distribution of NCD's ThinSTAR Windows-based terminals, NCD's Network Computer product line, and NCD's ThinPATH software products throughout Central and Southern Europe. The agreement will result in a valuable combination of NCD's superior products with the experience and know-how of Algol. The agreement will be extremely beneficial to customers of both companies: NCD customers will be able to benefit from services such as technical advice and training, extensive pre- and post-sales assistance and guarantees on products, while Algol customers will be able to take advantage of a wide range of thin client computing solutions.

NCD's products are known for their reliability, simplicity and efficiency. NCD's thin client solutions provide a high performing network computing environment, combined with a lower total cost of ownership, achieved through reduced management and maintenance costs.
