Netscape Selects Ultrexx Product Line For Its New Distribution Launch.

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 18, 1997--Ultrexx Corp. (NASD Bulletin Board: ULTX) announces the launch of its product line on "The Netscape(TM) Software Depot by Software.net."

"The Netscape Software Depot by Software.net provides electronic distribution and sales of the best software packages in the world from 100 companies supporting the open network environment platform including AltaVista, Borland International, Corel, IBM, Sun Microsystems, Ultrexx Corp. and Wall Data. Netcenter programs already draw more than 1 million members. Users of Netscape client software and their Internet site bring more than 135 million hits a day.
