Metzger joins Netli from Hifn, Inc., where he served as vice president of software engineering following its acquisition of Apptitude, Inc. Prior to his tenure at Hifn and Apptitude, Metzger served as vice president of product development at Seagate Software following the acquisition of Network Computing, Inc. During his time at Seagate Software, Metzger also functioned as a key member of the corporate development team, performing technical due diligence leading to the purchase of six companies. Earlier in his career Metzger worked as vice president of development with CONNECT, Inc., and co-founder, vice president and chief technical officer at Software Decisions, Inc., acquired by Ungermann-Bass.
