:NWTH) Monday announced that UB Networks (UB), a provider of networking solutions and NetWorth's largest customer, recently signed a new three-year purchasing agreement that allows NetWorth to continue providing UB with its stackable 10BASE-T repeaters and manufacturing of the jointly developed GeoRim switching products.

This agreement broadens the UB and NetWorth relationship to include Fast Ethernet An earlier name for 100Mbps Ethernet. See 100Base-T.

products and the current switching products, and allows an even stronger push by UB Networks to expand its distribution channels while increasing its already-strong growth in stackable products.

This new purchasing agreement allows both companies to offer high-speed networking solutions to extended channels. ``The projected growth of the emerging Fast Ethernet market provides a new foundation for growth in UB's stackable hub-switching product offerings,'' said Marius Able, senior vice president and general manager, UB Networks' network product divisions.

NetWorth is meeting this demand with the most comprehensive line of Fast Ethernet products and has captured a significant 50 percent market share in Fast Ethernet port shipments to date. NetWorth and UB will begin co-development of several nondisclosed Fast Ethernet products under this agreement.
