NetVision, Inc. Offers Affordable Identity Management for Small and Medium Enterprises; - NVIdentity Small Business Suite Package Offers Turnkey User Administration and Identity Management Automation -.

OREM, Utah, Sept. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- NetVision, Inc. (http://www.netvision.com/), a leader in network directory security solutions, today announced the availability of the company's NVIdentity solution packaged and priced specifically for small and medium enterprises. The current product release contains no major changes to the product, but features an aggressive new pricing model, flexible product licensing and a turnkey delivery package that includes installation support and first year maintenance.

NetVision's NVIdentity products provide users of Novell's eDirectory with a simple, lightweight and efficient solution for integrating user identity data from the NetWare/eDirectory system with Microsoft Active Directory, NT Domains, Exchange, Lotus Notes and GroupWise. NVIdentity performs account provisioning and de-provisioning, automated password synchronization, Web-based self-service password reset, and enforcement of password strengthening policies.

"The market recognizes NVIdentity as the seasoned, proven solution in this space," indicates Jim Allred VP of Marketing for NetVision, "With this new Small Business Suite offering, organizations with a few hundred to a few thousand users can have a robust identity management solution at a fraction of the cost of anything else on the market. These customers no longer need to be intimidated by the high cost of purchase, implementation, custom driver development and consulting they've seen in offerings from Novell and other vendors."

Because NVIdentity Small Business Suite works right out of the box, and can be installed and configured within minutes, it is ideal for IT organizations with limited resources and limited metadirectory expertise. "We allotted six hours for installation but it actually only took about 15 minutes to get NVIdentity installed and working in our production environment," said NetVision customer Adam Hensley, Systems Administrator for the Colleges of Applied Technology and Engineering at Boise State University. "NetVision was up and running just like that. The other solution we evaluated would have taken days or weeks to install and configure and offered no guarantee of meeting our needs. NVIdentity is a fantastic product. I can't imagine anything more simple; it works as advertised."

NetVision has also introduced on the company's website a Return On Investment (ROI) calculator enabling customers to quickly calculate cost savings associated with this identity management automation tool. Customers can also view a brief recorded demonstration showing NVIdentity in action.

Pricing and Availability:

NVIdentity Small Business Suite is currently available from NetVision, or any of its Value Added Resellers.

Pricing Example: An enterprise with 275 eDirectory users can purchase 275 user licenses (including 1st year maintenance) for $2,495.(US)
