NetNation Reports Seventh Consecutive Profitable Quarter in Third Quarter 2002.

The third quarter 2002 marks the seventh consecutive profitable quarter for the Company and the sixth consecutive quarter of positive cash flow.

Net earnings were US$206,439 or approximately US$0.01 per share in the third quarter of 2002, compared to net earnings of US$209,997 or approximately US$0.01 per share for the same period in 2001. For the nine months ended September 30, 2002, net earnings were US$572,467 or approximately US$0.04 per share, compared to net earnings of US$242,653 or approximately US$0.02 per share for the same period in 2001.

NetNation's cash balance continued to increase. The cash balance increased to US$2,860,790 from US$2,511,245 at the end of the previous quarter and US$1,678,950 at the end of last year - increases of US$349,545 and US$1,181,840 respectively.
