The amended symbol, effective today, is "NNCIE". The expanded ticker symbol marks NetNation as a non-reporting NASD listed company that has until October 7, 1999 to become a reporting company or be subject to removal from the Bulletin Board until it has met all reporting requirements. NetNation filed a Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 29, 1999 as a requirement for reporting issuer status. The Company filed its amended Form 10 (Form 10A) on September 10, 1999. Although NetNation had the symbol NNCI, the regulations require that companies use the symbol that was in effect on January 4, 1999 to determine as to when reporting requirements are to be met.
