With more than 24 joint customers, this partnership extends a successful two-year working relationship, helping customers avoid the cost barriers associated with legacy migration to the Web. 3-SOFT's expertise is in enterprise licensing and solution sales, training, managed services and customer support. This, combined with NetManage's OnWeb solution, gives government organizations a solid choice. The two companies will help customers significantly reduce costs and realize rapid return on investment.

OnWeb is a server-based, software solution that allows companies to quickly enable their host applications and business processes to participate in their business initiatives. This is all accomplished without the high cost of rewriting applications or changing back-end systems. 3-SOFT's government customers will benefit from the strengths and efficiencies of OnWeb as they are often challenged to reduce costs and make a large number of disparate legacy systems accessible to specific groups within their organizations.
