In his new role, O'Reilly will be responsible for the company's product marketing, technical marketing, product roadmap and definition, and business partnerships.

O'Reilly was most recently senior director of marketing in the company, and previously served as director of sales for the Asia Pacific region and senior marketing manager since he joined NetLogic Microsystems in 1999. Prior to NetLogic Microsystems, O'Reilly was product marketing manager at Hitachi where he was responsible for the ASIC (Application Specific Integrated Circuit) Pronounced "a-sick."
