NetFabric Corporation Names Charlotte Denenberg and Richard Howard to Board of Directors.

DANBURY, Conn. -- NetFabric Corporation, a subsidiary of the Houston Operating Company (OTC: HOOC) and a leading developer of products that help migrate small to mid-size businesses (SMBs) to VoIP, today announced Charlotte Denenberg and Richard Howard as the first external members of its Board of Directors, joining Jeff Robinson, President & CEO.

Ms. Denenberg is an experienced telecom executive with a unique technology and business development background. She has held Vice President and Chief Technology Officer positions with Southern New England Telephone (SNET) and most recently at Metromedia Fiber Network Services (MFN). Ms. Denenberg had global responsibility for delivering MFN's inter-city optical networks, as well as directing all technology assessment, planning, engineering, installation and operational support worldwide. She also held senior positions at ITT Corporation and Bell Telephone Laboratories.

Mr. Howard's accomplished career includes years in commercial banking and healthcare management, most recently as founding member of BLH Strategies, LLC, where he provides comprehensive consultation, interim management and reorganization services to organizations. He also spent 17 years at Genesis Health Ventures, most recently as COO. While with Genesis, the company grew from a private company operating 12 skilled nursing centers to a $2.5 billion publicly traded company providing institutional pharmacy services, comprehensive rehabilitation services and assisted living communities. Previously, Mr. Howard held senior level positions with Equibank as Executive Vice President, Health Group Care Centers, Inc., as Vice President and Fidelity Bank as Senior Vice President.
