Net4Music Raises $16 Million With Completion of Third Round of Financing.

Rothschild Asset Management Heads Team of Investors to Accelerate

Growth of Leading Musician's Portal

Net4Music (www.net4music.com), the premier portal for musicians, today announced the close of its third round of financing, raising a total of $16 million. Much of this financing will be dedicated to the acquisition of new technology, web site development, data entry financing, and marketing designed to enhance Net4Music's existing competitive advantage. With this round of venture financing, the company has accrued over $27 million of equity in the last twelve months.

The $16 million in financing was led by Rothschild Asset Management and includes investments from BancBoston Capital, Turenne Capital Partenaires, EDB EDB

- Net4Music currently possesses over 60,000 digital sheet music titles in its
expansive catalog including pop, rock, jazz, classical, and other genres.
