Net Nanny Software International Inc. (OTC BB:NNSWF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kurt Rolland as the company's new Vice President of Development.

Rolland's responsibilities include directing the staffing, architecture and development of Net Nanny's present and future products and services. He has more than 17 years of computer industry experience in enterprise-wide application development, "shrink wrapped" products, software development methodology, and interactive media technologies.

Previously, Rolland was a founder, VP of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer at Seattle-based Multicom Publishing, where he directed the creation of mass-market, interactive media products for CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, and the Internet. Rolland also managed the development and support of a large-scale Internet publishing system for STM (Scientific, Technical, and Medical) publications at Virginia-based Cadmus Journal Services, where he implemented software development "Best Practices" in support of Internet development. He has managed multiple software teams from requirement definition through technical design, Quality Assurance and implementation of 24x7 support, in both hardware and software infrastructures.

A longtime resident of the Seattle area, Rolland currently lives in Bellevue with his wife and three sons.
