Nero Offers Businesses a Complete Voice-over-IP Environment With SIPPS(TM)and SIPPSTAR; The New Version of SIPPS(TM) Now Includes Video Telephony.

KARLSBAD, Germany -- Nero, leaders in digital media technology and developers of award-winning Nero applications, announces publication of new solutions which now facilitate the installation of a complete VoIP environment within a company.

Impressive product innovations are SIPPSTAR DMZ (DeMilitarized Zone) A middle ground between an organization's trusted internal network and an untrusted, external network such as the Internet. Also called a "perimeter network," the DMZ is a subnetwork (subnet) that may sit between firewalls or off one leg of a  Proxy providing protection from the risks of Internet use, SIPPS SIPPS Systematic Instruction in Phoneme Awareness, Phonics and Sight Words (Developmental Studies Center)  Mobile enabling cost-effective WLAN See wireless LAN.

The SIPPS clients are administered in a classic company environment by the new version of the SIPPSTAR VoIP server.

The SIPPSTAR VoIP server is protected from attacks from the Internet by the new product SIPPSTAR DMZ Proxy. Phone conversations are held either via the SIPPS VoIP software telephone in conjunction with a PC, via VoIP hardware telephones or using PDAs in conjunction with the new product SIPPS Mobile. In stations, airports or cafes: once SIPPS Mobile has been installed on the respective device, business travelers can make cost-effective calls via WLAN. SIPPS Mobile is compatible with any terminal that runs Windows Pocket PC 2003 as an operating system operating system (OS)

Software that controls the operation of a computer, directs the input and output of data, keeps track of files, and controls the processing of computer programs.
.

A further innovation is the possibility of conducting video phone calls via the Internet using SIPPS. This option can be used over the entire length of the conversation or activated and deactivated "on-the-fly". A one-way transmission of the video stream is also possible ("unidirectional The transfer or transmission of data in a channel in one direction only.  video").

The supplied TAPI (Telephony API) A programming interface from Microsoft and Intel that is part of Microsoft's WOSA architecture. It allows Windows client applications to access voice services on a server.  interface allows direct dial-up of contacts from Outlook or any other TAPI compatible application. Especially interesting: the option to phone any contacts from the SIPPS address book via voice dialing.

Live demonstrations of SIPPS as well as the simulation of an entire VoIP company environment will also be carried out at the Nero stand (hall 1.1/stand 203) at the IFA Immunofluorescent assay (IFA)
A blood test sometimes used to confirm ELISA results instead of using the Western blotting. In an IFA test, HIV antigen is mixed with a fluorescent compound and then with a sample of the patient's blood.
