Neoris Opens New Software Development Center in Culiacan, Mexico; Collaboration with the State Government and Local Universities Enables Neoris to Open its Fifth Worldwide Center, the Second in Mexico.

MIAMI -- Neoris, a global business and IT consultancy specializing in value-added consulting, emerging technologies and outsourcing solutions, today deepened its support for software development with the opening of a global delivery center in Mexican territory.

Neoris has been working alongside The Government of Sinaloa, PROSOFT (Development Program for the Software Industry) and several higher education institutions, including: Universidad TECMilenio, Universidad de Occidente, Universidad Autonoma de Sinaloa, Universidad Valle de Bravo, Tecnologico de Culiacan, and Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, to open its second software development center in Mexico and its fifth worldwide. By 2007, this nearshore solution center is expected to employ over 100 professionals in Culiacan, Sinaloa and will focus on fostering development and employment for both graduate and near-to-finishing students with software development skills.

Through Fidesoftware, an entity ascribed to the State of Sinaloa Economic Development Secretary, Neoris obtained logistic support to contract with the State universities. Through this new global delivery center, Neoris will offer local world-class technology for application development for SAP, Web services, client-server, and interfaces on different platforms and environments.

During the first semester of 2006, Neoris developed IT systems integration, development of customized applications, software deployments and IT consulting for a number of new clients in its other worldwide centers. The Culiacan development center is expected to be fully operational by the end of 2006.
