Neogen Corp.


Neogen Corp announces Lon Bohannon has been promoted to be the company's Pres/COO. Bohannon will immediately replace James Herbert, who served as Neogen's Pres since its founding in 1982.

Herbert will continue full-time responsibilities as CEO, where he will focus his attention on strategic growth and international expansion, and he will assume the position of Chmn of the board of directors.
