NemeriX Names Luc Seraphin as World-Wide V.P. of Sales & Business Development.


MANNO, Switzerland -- NemeriX (www.nemerix.com), a leading fabless semiconductor company A fabless semiconductor company specializes in the design and sale of hardware devices implemented on semiconductor chips. Mr. Seraphin joins NemeriX from Agere Systems Agere Systems Inc. was an integrated circuit components company based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania, in the United States. Effective April 2, 2007, it was merged into LSI Corporation. , where he was Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Mobile Terminals division. Previously, he held a number of leadership positions within Agere, Lucent Technologies, AT&T and NEC (NEC Corporation, Tokyo, www.nec.com, www.necus.com) An electronics conglomerate known in the U.S. for its monitors.
