The expiration date for all listed stock options in the U.S.
 of their offer to exchange up to (i) $245.0 million in aggregate principal amount of their 11-% Series B Second Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2012, originally issued July 8, 2005 and (ii) $80.0 million in aggregate principal amount of their 13% Series B Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013, originally issued June 3, 2005, as amended a·mend
