NeTrue launched the clearinghouse with an established customer base in Asia. Recognizing the opportunity for both fixed and cellular VOIP (Voice Over IP) A digital telephone service that uses the public Internet as well as private backbones instead of the traditional telephone network. Many companies, including Vonage, 8x8 and AT&T (CallVantage), typically offer calling within the country for a  traffic in Eastern and Western Europe Western Europe

The countries of western Europe, especially those that are allied with the United States and Canada in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (established 1949 and usually known as NATO).
 NeTrue has focused on bringing in partners to the clearinghouse that can provide the key termination points in this market.

NeTrue now offers more than 25 fixed and cellular routes in Eastern and Western Europe including popular routes such as UK cellular and Turkey and Russia.

Launched on May 1, 2001 the N-Gage clearinghouse brings together Regional Service Providers from around the world to exchange Voice over IP traffic.
