BAE Systems was formed (1999) from the merger of British Aerospace (BAe) with Marconi Electronic Systems. a $39.4 million contract to support air traffic control and landing systems Department of Defense facilities, personnel, and equipment (fixed, mobile, and seaborne) with associated avionics to provide safe, orderly, and expeditious aerospace vehicle movements worldwide.
